These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, consultations, maintenance plans, and all related products and services.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Bave Design Studio is a web design and digital solutions agency specializing in WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, website maintenance, website optimization, e-commerce consulting, branding support, and related digital services.
By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of a business or organization.
Our services may include:
Website design and development
E-commerce website development
Website maintenance
Website audits
Website migrations
Search engine optimization
Digital consulting
Branding and creative support
Website hosting coordination
Technical support
The exact scope of work will be defined in a written proposal, quotation, invoice, contract, or email agreement.
Projects generally require an upfront deposit before work commences.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
Final balances must be paid before website launch or delivery.
Delayed payments may result in suspension of work.
Ownership of deliverables remains with Bave Design Studio until full payment has been received.
Any request outside the originally approved scope may be treated as additional work.
Additional work may:
Extend project timelines
Require additional quotations
Require additional invoices
We reserve the right to decline requests that materially alter the agreed project scope.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information
Supply required content, images, branding assets, and approvals in a timely manner
Maintain access to their email accounts and hosting platforms
Review and approve deliverables promptly
Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines.
Upon full payment:
Clients own the final approved website design and content specifically created for them.
Third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts, and licenses remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
Bave Design Studio retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, case studies, presentations, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may recommend or integrate services provided by third parties, including hosting providers, payment processors, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and marketing tools.
We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies, or performance.
Maintenance plans are provided on a best-effort basis.
While we take reasonable measures to protect and maintain websites, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, security, rankings, traffic, or business results.
We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with content generation, design ideation, coding assistance, automation, research, and productivity.
Human review remains part of our workflow; however, clients acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may require further review and refinement.
By submitting forms on our website, downloading resources, booking consultations, or subscribing to communications, you consent to receiving:
Service-related emails
Project updates
Educational content
Promotional offers
Agency news and updates
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bave Design Studio shall not be liable for:
Lost profits
Lost business opportunities
Data loss
Service interruptions
Security incidents caused by third parties
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the relevant service.
We respect confidential business information provided by clients and take reasonable steps to protect such information.
Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information except where required by law.
Either party may terminate services by written notice.
Outstanding fees for completed work remain payable.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where:
Abuse occurs
Fraud is suspected
Payments remain overdue
Clients engage in unlawful activities
We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with our business values, ethical standards, or legal obligations.
This may include projects involving:
Illegal activities
Fraudulent schemes
Counterfeit products
Adult content
Weapons
Gambling
Tobacco or smoking products
Excessively explicit content
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

If you’re here, that means you would like to use our services. Before we take you on as a client, there are certain terms and conditions we would like you to go through. Once you are done and are a good fit for your business and you for ours, we can go ahead with the onboarding process.

We are a Christian based business and do not work with the following type of businesses:

All new businesses are required to go through our consultation process. This helps you as well as Bave Designs to have a good understanding of what you would need for your website. This also gives clarity on if you are ready for a website (especially an e-commerce website).
Consultation fees are deducted from the overall cost of your website creation.

We are available from Monday to Thursday, 9am – 5pm. On Fridays, we close at 1Pm. We are unavailable during the weekends and unless you are under our priority retainership contract which allows for emergencies on Sundays, we are unavailable till Monday.

Bave Designs will invoice you seventy percent (70%) of the initial web design fees which will act as the deposit and agreement to our terms & conditions. The remaining 30% will be billed when the project is completed.
We charge a minimum of $800 and above for website design . This charge depends on the scope of work and does not include any item that is meant to be purchased. These items include hosting, domain name, plugins etc.
Please note, that the money paid to us is non-refundable. Please read our consultation terms and conditions to understand our process before payment.
The minimum project duration is 30 working days. During the time frame agreed upon, clients are advised to be available when needed and respond with the required resources and feedback of project updates.
If projects exceed the agreed 30 working days timeline, the client would be penalized and have to pay 20% of the total cost of our service to proceed with the project. If after 60 days the client still has not responded, the project would be null and void. Any resources, links, accounts, and passwords we have would be e-mailed to you, and the project would be finalized.
For projects to be restarted, a new timeline would be created at our convenience and a fee of 60% of our service cost would be paid for the project to begin again.
Penalties also apply to Bave Design Studio. If we do not deliver the project within the stipulated time frame after the client has provided everything needed, Bave Design Studio would pay back the client, 20% of the total cost of our service.
After the website is done, you can maintain it yourself, this option works best for service-based businesses, for e-commerce businesses, we would advise you to go through our retainership options which can be e-mailed to you on request. Please send an e-mail to [email protected]
We know from experience that fixed-price contracts are rarely beneficial to you, as they often limit you to your earliest ideas. We do not want to limit your ability to change your mind or make decisions later when you might be better informed. The price at the beginning of the contract is based on the length of time we estimate we will need to accomplish everything you have told us you want to achieve, but we’re happy to be flexible. If you want to change your mind or add anything new, that will not be a problem as we will provide a separate estimate to cover the additional work.
You have the right to modify, reject, cancel, or stop any and all plans of work in process. However, you agree to reimburse us for all costs and expenses we incurred prior to your change in instructions, and which relate to non-cancelable commitments, and to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless for any liability relating to such action. We agree to use our best efforts to minimize such costs and expenses.
Bave Designs acknowledges its responsibility, both during and after the term of its appointment, to use all reasonable efforts to preserve the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information or data developed by Bave Designs on behalf of You or disclosed by You to Bave Designs.
After project completion, we reserve the right to share the finished work with potential clients, on our social media pages, website, or any other avenue we choose.
